Delhi University will declare its much awaited
first-cutoff list on 25th June 2012. It will announce list for
various undergraduate programmes for its 60 different colleges.
Students can check the cutoff list by visiting the official website
of Delhi University.
This year Delhi University cutoff list will not be as high as 100%
giving jolts to admission seeker and to their family members. As
per the DU's official source, this year there will be minor
increase of 1% to 5% in each category.
St. Stephen's college has already declared the cut-off on 20th
June, 2012 and already witnessed an increase of almost 7% and that
is supposed to set a benchmark for this year's upcoming
cutoffs.
After declaration of the first cutoff list the
admission process will commence from 26th June, 2012. Earlier, the
admission session for the first cutoff remained open for four days,
but now this year DU has reduced the time and make it just for
three days. The University will declare the second cutoff on 28th
June, 2012 and admission for the same will start on 29th June,
2012. The third cutoff will be declared on 3rd July, 2012.
The admission for BA Honors in English via CATE score across 21 colleges will also commence side
by side and the first CATE cutoff is like
to be 77% and more with Hindu, Lady Shri Ram and Kirori Mal College
like to witness highest cutoff among the CATE colleges.
